We allow for returns and all returns have to be submitted via your My Account | Orders
Find the order you would like to return and click “RETURN ITEM” to proceed accordingly.

2. Exchange
Exchanges are allowed when they meet these requirements:
Exchange to lower value items – No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
Exchange to higher value items – A top-up is required.
Please note that we can only accept returns according to our return/exchange policy. All exchanges can only be done in stores. If you wish to return the item and get a refund in store credit, please submit the request online.
3. Exchange / Return
You have 10 working days to return items from the date you received them.
LUNAQUIN provides returns for all items (except Sale Items / Discounted Items / or any other purchases by using promo codes). Returns can only be made one time per purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing (with tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges / Refunds will be strictly declined for those products which do not meet all the mentioned conditions.
Your returned item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You may screenshot it under your Account if you did not keep a copy.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The process normally takes 7 working days. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined or forfeited, no refunds or exchange will be given.
The item is the responsibility of the buyer until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we need it for reference.
We reserve the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside a new order. All returns will be sent back individually.
Please take note that a processing fee will be deducted from the refund credits depending on your conditions. If your refund is approved, we will email your credit points within 7-14 working days. You may use the credit points in your next purchase. There is no expiry date for the points credited.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
